Nestra is a Holistic, Yoga & Community Center where you can find practices aimed at personal growth, spirituality and integral well-being.
While the modern world more oftenly transforms such practices into a pursuit of individual efficiency, we strive to reconnect to the base of it — aiming to cultivate a better consciousness and nurture the Self.
At Nestra, we created a sanctuary for intimate classes surrounded by ancient stone walls and a Yin, cozy energy nestled in the hart of the beautiful Barcelona, and we believe that growth, healing and self-realization are rights for all.
We collaborate with NGOs and we commit to social inclusivity.
We offer a space where everyone, regardless of their level of skill, finds a practice that resonates with them, allow them to let go & reconnect.
We choose to give our classes in English to include everyone and allow who is not a Spanish speaker to enjoy this experiences in a central area of the city.

Have been to Nestra a couple of times and had classes from different teachers and couldn’t recommend it more! The space is so lovely and you get such a warm welcome when you enter. The teachers are great, there is something for everyone there and the Lavendar Shala is such a lovely room for practice :)
