JULY BABY Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Frankfurt, created for mindful movement, strength and connection. In a calm and carefully designed space, we offer small group classes on high-quality reformers with a strong focus on precision and personal guidance.
Our classes range from technical, controlled sessions to more dynamic and challenging formats, suitable for all levels. We also offer Mama & Baby classes with a supportive atmosphere and integrated care.
Beyond the studio, JULY BABY hosts events, workshops and selected collaborations – bringing together movement, community and a modern lifestyle.

Ich bin seit einem Jahr Kundin bei july Baby und liebe dieses Studio! Es ist sehr persönlich und jeder einzelne Trainer freundlich . Nicht zu vergessen das effiziente Training. Ich bin 60 Jahre und hoffe dass noch ganz viele ältere Damen ihren Weg in dieses Studio finden, da das Training am Reformer hervorragend für den Muskelaufbau ist!

July Baby is not just one of many Pilates studios, it is so much more. Maribel has created such a beautiful and unique space, where you can feel the passion and love in every little detail. From the stunning interior design to the healthy drinks and snacks, everything is thoughtfully curated. The variety of classes and trainers keeps the experience exciting and inspiring, and there is always something new to discover. I especially love that July Baby also supports and introduces other small businesses through workshops and special events, from Brazilian lymphatic drainage studios to beautiful accessories and unique handbags. You immediately feel how much heart and dedication has gone into creating this studio, and I can truly recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

I had a really lovely class. Well structured and precise In cueing. Nueng has a beautiful aura. I felt very comfortable during class.
