BREATH, BALANCE & BLOOM is a boutique Pilates studio in Langen (near Frankfurt) with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and small class sizes for truly personal coaching. We’re the only studio in the area with full BASI Systems equipment, offering comprehensive Pilates training for all levels—whether you’re brand new, experienced, returning from injury, or looking to feel stronger and more balanced in everyday life.

Silkes Pilates-Studio in Langen ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – total schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Silke ist super aufmerksam und erklärt alles so, dass man sich gut abgeholt fühlt, egal auf welchem Level. Die Stunden sind effektiv, machen Spaß und sind gleichzeitig eine perfekte Auszeit vom Alltag. Ich gehe jedes Mal mit einem richtig guten Gefühl nach Hause. Absolute Empfehlung!

Über das Team

Our studio is led by Silke, founder of BREATH, BALANCE & BLOOM, known for a warm, precise teaching style and a strong eye for detail. In private sessions, Silke can teach in German, English, French, and Dutch, and tailors every session to your body, goals, and life phase—whether you’re building strength, improving posture, working with pain, or returning after a break.

Silke is supported by Laura, who shares the same high standards and supportive approach. With calm, motivating coaching, you’ll feel welcome and well-guided in every session.

We’re also happy to have Yating as part of the team. Yating teaches in English and offers private sessions or duets. She can also teach in Chinese in private sessions(not in group classes).

Education & specializations

We all have additional BASI Pilates education and continuing training, with specializations including:

  • Pre- & postnatal Pilates / pregnancy (Silke & Laura certified)
  • Scoliosis (Silke, Laura & Yating certified)
  • Pathologies & Injuries 1 (Silke & Yating certified; Laura almost completed)
  • Pathologies & Injuries 2 (Silke & Laura certified from June)
  • Pilates for Athletes (Silke certified)
  • Pilates for Teenagers (Silke certified)

Silke has also completed advanced BASI education, including Mentor, Master 1 & 2, and Honors (2024, with Rael), and will attend the Honors Reunion in September 2026.

For your first visit, here’s what’s helpful to know: · Arrive a little early: Ideally 5 minutes before class so you can settle in and we can quickly check in with you. · What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes you can move in. For equipment classes, grippy socks are recommended (and often feel more secure). We also sell our own super fun branded grippy socks in the studio for €15. · What to bring: A water bottle and (optional) a small towel. All equipment and props are provided. · Tell us about your body: Let your teacher know about any injuries, pain, pregnancy/postnatal status, or limitations so we can offer safe modifications. · Level doesn’t matter: Beginners are very welcome in our Beginner or All Levelsclasses—everything can be adapted, and we’ll guide you step by step.

You don’t need to bring your own equipment. We provide all Pilates equipment and props you’ll need for class (e.g., mats and small props). If you prefer using your own mat or hygiene items (like a towel), you’re welcome to bring them—especially for mat classes.
