SWEAT, SMILE & REPEAT, es el motto de BodyWorxHub con que, Julia la creadora, quiere crear un all-round health hub de fitness, baile y yoga, unir a personas e ayudar a ellos a vivir una vida sana y equilibrada. Julia es entrenadora personal, profesora de baile y yoga. Antes de crear BodyWorxHub, trabajaba en una empresa de software durante seis años. Era allí donde empezó con los after-work Workouts, motivando sus colegas a moverse mas e aprender que el deporte en grupo es mucho más divertido y motivador. Su objetivo es que las personas que vienen a sus clases se diviertan, se superan a si misma y aman a su cuerpo.
