Grab your block and a pair of dumbbells (1–3kg — I’m using 3kg each). We’ll start with a juicy 5-min stretch to warm up hips and joints, then dive into the signature Rhoo warm-up that gets you glowing before the real burn begins. ✨
From there, it’s a full-body combo:
- Lunges on the block with an arms sequence
- Sumo squats into high rows for that legs + shoulders fire
- Mat work to finish — abs, glutes, side glutes, and inner thighs
This one might look easier, but don’t be fooled — you’ll still end up dripping (the Rhoo way 💖).
