Swimming underwater with breaststroke arms and flutter kicks is a technique that can be less effective than the normal froggy legs for some people. To perform this technique, start by pushing away from the wall with your arms and legs straight and dive deep into the water. Instead of using the froggy legs movement, do the breaststroke arm movement with flutter kicks. This technique requires coordination between your arms and legs, but with practice, you can swim longer distances underwater. Remember to keep your body streamlined and your movements smooth to conserve energy and maintain your balance underwater.
