A Sound Healing Journey is an invitation to dive deep into your Self and meet what's hidden, what's waiting to be accepted, re-shaped, admitted, nourished. It's a journey focused to go inwards and listen. The sounds and various instruments create a therapeutic atmosphere to welcome deep rest & relaxation.

The main part of the sound healing sessions will be lying down and experiencing the different frequencies and vibrations inviting you to go inward to access your inner world.
