This Ashtanga Vinyasa class is a nourishing slower paced practice. The poses are held for multiple deep breaths and the teacher gives detailed alignment cues giving you and your body the opportunity to truly get to know each pose. Now don’t be fooled, this slower paced practice is still a physically challenging practice therefore making it perfect for the seasoned yogi or the absolute beginner.

After having worked as a successful entrepreneur in India for 12 years Rahul decided to quit his good life in search of an even better life. Traveling thru Asia for 4 years he came across Taichi in China and spend 5 months learning in a small monastery. To deepen his experience he went back to India and did a 6-month residential program in traditional yoga from one of the oldest schools in south India. He spent another 4 years learning and practicing Ashtanga yoga with his teacher in Mysore. And since 2020 he started to share his experience of personal evolution using movement, breath, and meditation.
