Franziska is a teacher of Vinyasa yoga, Yoga Dance and a simple yet powerful Breathwork method called PSYCHEDELIC BREATH. After some time teaching yoga, studying shamanism, energy and frequency, the re-programming and empowerment of the mind, she found that everything comes back down to the Breath. The movements change the breathing, and thus change the bridges to other levels of consciousness. By practicing Breathwork, we are changing our own frequency and vibration. A rebirth, she wants to bring with softness and ease to people's lives.
