Focusing on a mixture of strength and flexibility, these dynamic movement classes are for when you want to let it all go, sweat it out and wind down. You don’t need to read the fine print for this class - assured to receive yoga highs and the readiness to come back for more.

Open to all to all levels as our talented trained teachers can alter the asanas to where you are at the time. Please just connect with the prior to the class to introduce yourself.

Claudia is a 375 h certified Jivamukti yoga teacher whose main purpose is to share with others the light that the path of yoga brought to her life. Practising yoga taught her that we don’t have necessarily to change our own reality to be happy, but the perspective can be different if we look at it from the heart. Claudia’s classes are dynamic, highly inclusive and accompanied by a playful atmosphere…and a healthy amount of sweat.
